Teachers

Their teachers are still making music.

B-Music teachers are working musicians, songwriters, producers, performers, and Grammy-winning artists. They write songs, make records, tour, perform, and collaborate with artists—and bring that experience directly into the room with our students.

Because young musicians deserve to learn from people who still love making music.

Brandon Pierce

Founder · B-Music since 2014

Drums · Piano · Guitar · Bass · Baby Band · Mini Band

Brandon founded B-Music around a simple belief: kids learn best when music feels exciting, social, and real. A lifelong musician and educator, he brings more than a decade of teaching experience—and an infectious sense of play—to everything B-Music does.

From a child's first beat to their first time onstage, Brandon's goal has always been bigger than teaching an instrument: help them discover what they're capable of.

Alongside writing, producing, performing, and releasing his own music, Matt has taught students across Los Angeles from a wide range of ages and backgrounds.

His philosophy is simple: give people the attention and space to discover what makes them shine. At B-Music, that means helping each student develop a sound that feels like their own.

The right teacher changes everything.

Sometimes it's technique.
Sometimes it's the right song.
Sometimes it's simply having a musician you look up to take your ideas seriously.

At B-Music, we match students with teachers who can meet them where they are—and get them excited about where they can go next.
